I currently live at The Vista apartment complex in Turlock, CA.
I am interested in finding someone to take over my lease which ends on July 31, 2025. Each month's rent comes out to $911. For reference, I live in the D1 layout, specifically in room C. There are four bedrooms, and this unit only has women living in it.
The Vista is a beautiful complex that offers fully furnished units (with a kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer) a fitness center, a pool, allows pets, and offers individual leases so you are not responsible for other roommates. They are also rather flexible if you need assistance paying rent, such as with the Flex program which pays your rent so long as you designate a day per month to pay the company back. Each unit is given a $25 allowance for utilities, and you are only responsible for the difference should the monthly usage exceed that allowance, which it rarely does.
