Master bedroom w private bath

Looking for a safe space with great folks to call home? Then read on, friend. We have a master bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the L section of Rohnert Park (close to downtown Cotati). The room has a nice sized walk-in closet, as well as a sliding glass door to the porch and backyard. The attached bathroom has a big shower, but no tub. All common areas are shared (kitchen, living room, garage, covered porch, 2 sheds, backyard) Available immediately! Rent would be $1200 for one person or $1575 for two. Utilities are split equally among all housemates.

There is lots of storage space in the common parts of the house and yard. The garage gets great morning light and is more of a gear/craft/hangout space. The backyard is fenced in, with fruit trees and a firepit!
We are just moving into the spot, and it seems great so far, quiet and friendly. Walking distance to Oliver’s.

We are 3 folks and a cat!
B: 37, they/them, loves recycling, food and learning new things. Works in workforce development and teleworks 2 days a week.
E: 35 she/her, loves composting, bikes and hikes. Works in medicine and sometimes works nights/weekends.
J: 39 he/him, loves gaming and music. Works in logistics.
Cat: super sweet!
We are all into enjoying a craft beer and having a house meeting. This is definitely a shared space; as communal as you would like. We want to have a home that is shared, enjoyed and lived in, and that is cleaned equally and with love. LBGTQ+.
