Kitchen is remodeled with all new appliances and includes shared space in cabinets/fridge. There are 4 bedrooms in the home (1-master bedroom occupied by owner, 2-unoccupied and available for rent, 3 & 4-used by owner)

The main bathroom has been remodeled, has a shower/tub combo.

Garage has access to washer/dryer and freezer, and also has limited storage available on shelves.

About your roommate: Early fifties professional woman who works from home full-time for a software company. I’m an easy-going, respectful, empty nester who likes to hang out with family/friends and chill at home. I do have allergies and asthma, so please no smoking, strong scents, perfume or candles.

Who I’m looking for:
A long-term roommate who is easy to get along with; is Non/light/social drinkers and no hard drugs. Looking for someone who is responsible, cleans up after themselves and has great references. No pets, single occupancy. Open to occasional overnight guests. Prefer to rent to a female but am open to any gender. If we click and both feel it’s a good fit, then let’s give it a go!
