We have 2-3 rooms for rent at $1000 per month in a 6 BR, 3RR House. All utility included. Washer and dryer available and will be shared on schedule (we will work one out). Kitchen is open for use as long as you keep it clean.
The property is located at the northern part of town past Columbus parkway. Nearby landmarks: Walgreen at springsroad 10 mins walk/1 min drive; CVS/starbucks @ Rose Dr; Ferry to SF 10 min drive, Kaiser Vallejo 10-15 min drive; Touro University 15 min drive.
Landlord/Owner lives in the house and she is very selective on who to rent to. Prefers Travel Nurses, short-term lodging professionals and university students.
No Pets (owner already has dogs and there is an HoA limit). No smoking of any kind. No Kids and rooms are strictly good for one.
About the roommates: Owner is a female Nurse who is home half the time and just loves to clean. House is usually quiet with just the two of us with the occasional dog barks when there are deliveries. Otherwise the dogs are usually quiet and are in their rooms.
About you: We prefer someone who is quiet and clean. We prefer travel nurses as we aren't really looking for long term renters. 3 - 6 months is what we are looking for and we can just extend the contract if everyone feels like it is a mutual fit.
