AS A HOME:

We are all neat, clean, courteous and social. We have 3 small dogs - Mini Australian Sheppard, Terrier/Chihuahua mix, and Small Chihuahua, Adorable, good smelling, trained happy dogs. Loves kisses and hugs and to be petted.

THE POTENTIAL HOUSEMATE:

We are looking for someone that is able to pay rent on time and in full, rent is due by the 1st of each month, please be mature, honest, safe to have in our home and working full time, full time student, or retired. No Smoking. NO EXCEPTION.

We are all grown working adults so please, responsible, respectful of boundaries, and help in keeping the house clean. For the most part we keep it nice and clean but I'm not ridiculously anal about cleaning. Just treat our home like your own.

Again, all tenants need to have a stable job, full time student, good vibes and fill out an application before moving in, then sign a month to month agreement with a 30- day move out notice. Security/cleaning deposit $600.00. Require last 2 pay stubs. 2 References - personal and work. When you visit us to see our home, we will sit and discuss house rules and preview the leasing written agreement.
