My wife and I are looking for a roommate to rent a room in our home. We live in a quiet part of East Vallejo in a neighborhood full of home owners. Everyone pretty much knows one another and keeps an eye out for each other. In addition, there is plenty of street parking. I'm a professional male in his early 50’s working for a hospital in Napa County and she is a government professional in her 40s who works from home. We are pretty quiet, down to earth people, not into drama, drinking, or smoking. Heavy drinkers, drunks & disrespectful behavior are not allowed. We also have a small friendly dog (Yorkie mix). He’s got a friendly personality, doesn’t shed and he’s not one to bark a lot like most small dogs. He has a small doggie door and potties outside. We are offering a furnished bedroom (full size mattress) dressers and closet space, internet, kitchen privileges, your own refrigerator, cable TV (in the living room) water, gas and electric included. The house is a 3-bedroom, one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. The bathroom and the shower are kept clean and the counter top/sink is not used for storage. The bathroom is very tidy. The other room in the house is used as an office and is not rented.
