Half house in downtown Suisun

Located in downtown suisun, right on the water/next to the square. Private room with a 1 car garage but landlord tends to park in front of it so it has just turned into storage. Landlord wants to keep only 2 tenants so we just split everything down the middle. Private bathroom except when guests are over that is the main bathroom. 3 bedrooms in the house but 1 is a guest room with family and friends welcome! Great patio overlooking the water, amazing kitchen with all necessities. Super spacious living room with very little furniture in it. Washer and dryer available upstairs. Only downside is all parking is street parking. Utilities vary from $550-$200 a month. (But split you’d be paying $225-$100). Tons of windows in the house and you get your choice of which two rooms upstairs you would like.
I am not the landlord. She lives in a separate section of the house basically separate from our part. I originally went into this house with a friend to team up but he is moving in late October. I’m military and gone at least half the time. Want a military male to split the house with. I’m 24 and am looking for someone laid back that is clean and relatively quiet within reason. I have had my family over several times to stay in the guest bedroom and encourage my next roommate to utilize it as well. Just trying to split everything down the middle. I’m super clean so as long as you cleanup your mess then we will be fine. I like to drink and have friends over, barbecue on the back porch so I invite you to make this just as much your home as it is mine. Unfortunately move in date is late October but dates are adjustable we just may have 3 people in the house for a little bit.
