My wife and my self have 3 open rooms in a 4 bed room home looking to rent out at lest one. The house is set up for a person that enjoys keeping to them self the rooms are hard lined with cat 6 Ethernet and the home has WiFi 7 with a mesh network and there is 13 tvs around the property smart lights, switches an amazing security system with 4k top of the line cameras the back yard has a fire pit pool and DJ speakers for the person who likes to mix there own music. The Gerage has 3 couches and a recliner with a 65 inch smart tv and x box x , ps 5 and gaming pc shared with house mates. There is a 4 car drive way but parking is only allowed on the street I’m retired from AT&T and my wife’s disabled. Kitchen is shared rest rooms are shared there is a nice bbq gril and even a black stone out door grital and the court yard has a tv and fire pit and C shaped couch that sits 10
