Renting a large bedroom in a newly-renovated midcentury apartment. The bedroom is 12.5x11.5 (about 144 sqft) with an independently-controlled radiator, large window with covering, and a double-wide closet. The bedroom also features new paint, carpet, and lighting.

Rent is $1,640/mo plus about $22 for WiFi. Electricity is variable. All other utilities are included. Parking is a simple, 1-time registration fee of $30.

I am a 31-year old and work in tech (big surprise, I know). I don't smoke, do drugs, or throw parties. I'm very tidy and minimal, however, and like to keep the house peaceful and well maintained.
