Beautiful Room, close to many amenities

Hello! I have a Beautiful room located in the Cherry Chase neighborhood. This room comes with its own unattached bathroom. The room is not furnished, but the house itself is. This 3 bedroom house has a covered patio and a backyard as well.
The house includes access to the following: Washer and dryer, kitchen, living room, backyard and a scenic covered patio as well.
This room requires a 1500 deposit as well as a background check and a list of 1-3 references.
Utilities are shared (gas, garbage, electricity, wifi, water). There is plenty of parking available on the street.
Tenant must be ok with living with a friendly small dog and cat.
The lease is month to month, we would share the kitchen and laundry as well as the living room.

I work a 9-5 job and I am looking for someone who has a similar schedule. Standard quiet hours to be from 10 p. m. to 7 a. m. This is a drug free home
