Small Room Furnished. Quiet House

The room is a small-medium sized room in a house, not apartment. It is fully furnished but open to move the furniture/shelves/desks upon request.

We are a quiet household comprised of family members. My mom works until later in the evening and I use the downstairs office space to work remotely and the third occupant, a distant relative is not home often as she stays with her boyfriend. We tend to stay in our rooms after work and will occasionally cook food during the week. The living room is used about 10-15%.

As this is a family household, there may be occasions where family members will visit, namely my sister and her family.

We do not host any parties or gatherings at the house and hope the occupant to respect the same expectations of them.

The available room is upstairs, however it is requested that the occupant uses the full bathroom on the downstairs floor. We will limit the use of this bathroom and keep it only for the occasional guest, otherwise that restroom should be considered as the occupant's bathroom.

You will have a dedicated parking space, rare for this neighborhood. You also have full use of the kitchen or living room with the expectation of keeping a low profile.
