House has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, garage w/laundry, backyard and front yard.

Two bedrooms are for rent (choose one or both), and will share dining room area that can be use to entertain your friends. Second full bathroom will be shared. I will have room1 and room4, my own full bathroom, living room, and a cat.

Room is unfurnished, with natural sunlight facing private backyard. Includes all utilities (gas, water, heat, AC), laundry, wifi, slingtv streaming.
$1275 room #3 per month; $1275 for deposit

Also include: Maid service monthly, Pest Service every 2 months (optional for your room), Gardener every 2 weeks, Trash weekly

Requirements:
* No drugs, no pets, no smoking.
* Quiet hours (lower volume, wear headset) 11pm to 6am Sun-Thur, 12pm to 7am Friday & Saturday.
* No wearing shoes inside the house.
* Clean after yourself in common area. (Kitchen, dining area, bathroom, hallway, laundry, patio, surrounding yard)
* Tenant’s guest welcome. Tenant must be present while guest in property.
* Renter’s insurance required.
* Requirement: Meet in person, ID, credit check & background check.
* Contract: 6 months or 12 months.
