Single room for rent / Saratoga House

I am moving out and need someone to take the remainder of my lease (1 year & 6 months). House has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. This room available is the second largest room aside from the master bedroom that is taken. There are two driveways, a 2-car garage with additional storage, a private backyard with plenty of fruit trees, and a nice park close by. Both of my male and female housemates are in their 40s. The female housemate has a 14 year old daughter that will occasionally stay in one of the spare rooms. Additionally, the female housemate has a small shitzu terrier. Both housemates are clean and respectful of the shared spaces (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, garage & backyard). The available room itself has plenty of closet space (covers an entire wall) and has two windows to let natural light in. It’s in a corner of the house that is quite and peaceful. Utilities are evenly split between housemates (garbage collection, PG&E & internet). A lawn cleaning crew comes once a week to clean around the house and the backyard. The room available current has a full sized bed and a standard sized ikea desk. Willing to sell these for cheap if interested.
