Single room for rent / Saratoga House

I am moving out and need someone to take the remainder of my lease (lease ends November 2024). The current housemates intend on renewing the lease for another year into November 2025. House has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. This room available is the second largest room aside from the master bedroom that is taken. It has a lot of storage space along with an additional closet just outside the room. There are two driveways, a 2-car garage with additional storage, a private backyard with plenty of fruit trees, and a nice park close by. All housemates (2 males, one female) are clean and respectful of the shared spaces (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, garage & backyard). The available room itself has plenty of closet space (covers an entire wall) and has two windows to let natural light in. It’s in a corner of the house that is quite and peaceful. Utilities are evenly split between housemates (garbage collection, PG&E & internet). A lawn cleaning crew comes once a week to clean around the house and the backyard. The room available currently has a full sized bed and a standard sized ikea desk. Willing to sell these for cheap if interested.
