Hello. We are a couple of homeowners who built a beautiful home and are opening our doors to others in search of a fun, safe, helpful environment. We do not party, or bring the party home. I have a newly-built, modern two bedroom, one bath back house/ADU which is located in the back of the main house. I am renting out both bedrooms and each come with a smart TV, streaming services, bed with all bedding, closet, dresser, and A/C unit. Renters will have full access to the fully stocked kitchen as well as the washer/dryer located inside the unit. The kitchen has upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel appliances, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, and a refrigerator. The bathroom includes a glass shower with tiled floors while the rest of the home has pergo flooring throughout. The living room is also equipped with a smart TV, streaming services, A/C, and dining table. There is high speed wifi throughout the unit that is included free of cost. Additional utilities included at no additional cost are water, garbage and electricity. The house is near the 101, 280, 680 freeways and a couple of blocks from SJSU if you're an attending student.
