12'10"x10'2" Room is in a 2BR/1BA apartment in the basement of a Victorian house. This is a very old house with a lot of character including some dirt in the corners that doesn't come out.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and patio area in back.

I am a 45 year old woman who works for a performance venue downtown. I work from home late morning to afternoon, and work at events at the theatre in the evenings, getting home after midnight many nights. My hobbies are rock climbing, acting, ukulele & piano, singing, board games, sewing and crafts. I also enjoy cooking and baking and use the kitchen a lot when I'm home.

I don't mind smokers but no smoking is allowed inside.

NO PETS BUT MUST BE OK LIVING WITH A CAT. The landlord has approved me getting a cat soon. Sadly, they will not let anyone move in with any other pets.

I am generally clean and respectful of communal spaces, and am looking for someone who will be the same.
