I live in a 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom townhouse. The neighborhood is much of a family living neighborhood and very quiet. I am looking for a single female under age 40 years old. No overnight guests and not too many visiting guests. This is a drama and drug free home. I do at times play my music loud or have my TV up. I am renting the room out for a maximum of 6 months. I don't know if I will renew lease or not. I am a very clean person so I expect my roommate to be the same. No mini fridge allowed in the room and no food left in the room. The room is already furnished with twin bed and mattress. You provide your own bed set and bath towels. The deposit is $1000 plus first month for single female, but couples it will be $1,200 month and $1000 deposit.
