This is to rent one room in my two bdrm apt.. Hi, my name is Drew and I've been staying here for quite a while now but the room use to be for my stepdaughter but they moved out. The apt is approx. 950 sq ft unit which consist of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. I only have one room available with one bathroom and parking space. The benefits for new house-mate includes: 1. Utilites is included (wifi, water, gas, & etc. sorry no comcast) 2. Room 10x11 (furnish w/ full size bed, dresser and mirror .. (see photo) 3. Own cleaned spacious bathroom (double the size of mine) 3. Washer/dryer (2021 model/no extra charge) 4. One car parking (tandem behind or front of my car/my work my schedule is 7am-3:30 so we have to move back car if we need the inside car out to leave) 5. Free to use share appliance (toaster, airfryer, threadmill, auto water boiler, pots and pans, (I would recommend to get your own rice cooker and kitchenwares), reverse osmosis purify water for drinking and cooking. 6. Your own kitchen storage space in cupboards and fridge of course. 7. Share living and dining space (Outside footware need to remain near the front door to keep the floor clean).
