Two bedroom property is pretty nice newly done when I moved in. The living area already has furniture from Kylie the other roomate ie dining table, couch, TV. Washer and dryer installed in house and 1 parking spot in driveway. Sits near highways and is downtown next to SJSU. The room is a decent size if you don’t own big furniture (like I did) and has its own A/C and heater. Closet space and a big window. As for the room the landlord will need proof of income, a credit report (screenshot), and a filled out application. The lease will end June 30th. If you have someone in mind you can re-up the lease as the other roomate Kylie doesn't plan on staying.
