Hello,
I just moved into this 1 bd/1 bth apartment and I haven’t ever used my room so I figured I might as well rent it out as I convert my living room into a studio for myself. The room is large and we’d be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and patio. We’d split rent and split utilities down the middle.
I am a quiet and clean guy. I like to keep to myself and prefer privacy when I’m home so I’ll respect your space too. I’m only ever home on the weekdays to cook and sleep and I’m barely home on the weekends.
It is a gated community and my intial impressions are 50/50. It’s nice during the day but there seem to be some characters that roam around through the night. My neighbors are all older families so it’s not too bad. I am currently working out the details with the leasing office on how parking would work so as of right now I will assume that there is no additional parking and you’d have to find that street side.
Laundry - on-sight right below our unit
Move in fee will be 2x rent (~$2000)
Pets are okay as long as you’re willing to cover the pet fee and comply with the complex rules about pets.
Please message me if interested or if you have questions. Looking for immediate move-in.
