Master BedRoom in a quiet space

Hi, I have a master bedroom in a shared condo. One persons currently lives there.

I live in a condo community that is like an oasis in San Jose. We have a pool/spa, tennis courts and beautiful grounds to walk through, including redwood trees, pond, waterfalls etc. Then to top it off lots of hummingbirds, dragonflies, geese / ducks who lay eggs here and we watch the babies grow. The room includes a deck with attached closet overlooking the waterfalls. Included in rent would be: kitchen use, garbage, water, private parking spot (inside the gates) basic cable, tennis courts, pool/spa in a gated community.

close to 101, 280 and 680 interchange.

The room itself is large (don't know sq. feet) There is a large closet in the room, and another on the outside deck, The kitchen is small, but effective. I would expect to share chores in common area or split a house cleaner.

No overnight guests . No pets (I have a two cats and dog.) Background check, credit check, references required, must be vaccinated with booster. I'm quiet for the most part. I like quiet after 10 because I teach in the mornings. No scams. No smoking/drugs. I'm terribly allergic to smoke. The townhouse is 2 story- 1084 square feet, two large bedrooms are upstairs. 1 is mine. I hope to hear from you soon.

Willing to split up deposit into three payments.
I’m Christian and prefer someone likewise.
I like movies, eating together once in a while.

There will be a extra $200 a month for 2nd tenant, plus added utilities.
