Dining table and chairs available. A bed, a table, and a chair can be provided.
Hardwood floor. Spacious, quiet and very clean.
Access to common areas. Laundry in building, light cooking, fridge access.
One person only per room.
No smoking, no drugs, no pets, clean, single person only (no guests), quiet.
Very good credit.

15 minutes cycling to Stanford University, a few miles to high tech companies, e. g., Google, Tesla, Meta, convenient access to groceries, 101, and 280, a few minutes walk to bus stop.

Security deposit one month's rent
Shared utility (gas, electricity, water) and monthly $50 cleaning fee, $50 move-out cleaning
