The complex is in Milpitas, right off of Dixon landing. Its a relatively quiet area with a small strip-mall, shopping center across the street (food, 7-11, etc..). The room is on the third floor, no elevator. Because the apartment is on the third floor, we have a high ceiling in the living room/dining room area. We also have a bar with a small fish-tank.
Apartment comes fully furnished, besides the room for rent. If you have furniture you’d like to bring, we can discuss that.
Room is roughly 120 sq. ft. not including the closet which is rather spacious with sliding doors. The room has a window the faces out to the balcony. You would have your own bathroom across the hall, but we’d like to still have it available for guests.
The property also has a gym, two pools + hot-tubs, and recreational/bbq areas. Next door is Dixon Landing park with 2 baseball fields, basketball court, tennis courts, cricket, barbeque grills, and plenty of picnicking space.

About the roomies We are a couple (29m/28f) sharing the master bedroom with three cats. Tyler is an engineering project manager and Kimmie is a physics student/behavioral technician with kids. We typically like to retire the evening with a show or video/board gamed. We cook most nights but like to cook bigger, so meal sharing is not a problem – but also are open to a cooking schedule. We have friends over occasionally – but rarely a party. We’re not neat freaks but we keep the place in a livable/comfortable condition. There’s no obligation for us to be friends, however, it always helps if we can be friends while living together!
