Rent is $1200 plus utilities. Washer and dryer are available. The room will be unfurnished, and the home partially furnished. Full kitchen, huge living room, hardwood floors, nearby Japantown and Downtown San Jose (Centrally located). Neighbors are easygoing and friendly.
Must be employed and show recent paystubs to view room. Cats allowed. No constant partiers. Overnight guests are allowed but within reason. Utilities bills (water/gas/electric) and WIFl are shared.
