I have a 3 bedroom basement apartment in downtown San Jose near SJSU, and I’m looking to rent the 3rd smaller room ASAP. It’s already 2 males occupying the apartment.
>>>>A little about me, I’m a male professional artist in my mid thirties with an easy going personality & free spirit. I’m usually in my room painting creating art, so you will have free reign of the apartment’s shared kitchen & bath. I create & sell art, so I do not have a traditional job & work from home. The other male roommate is in his mid thirties & works in early morning catering & very chill personality. Everyone kind of does their own thing so you will feel free to come and go as you please.
>>>> A little about the room- It is a SMALL room out of all 3. No windows, decent size open closet, accordion style doors, but they have inside locks to secure door as seen in photos. I have a blanket up in the photo, but curtains could be used to cover all accordion style doors. There is a bed (no bedframe) already in the room, but can be removed if you don’t need. You may have to get creative with this room, but it’s in an excellent location! Near SJSU and in the heart of downtown San Jose. That’s why I’m only asking for
