Close to parks, trails, freeway access. 35-45 min from beach, 40 min from San Francisco, 15 min from downtown San Jose, 5 min to closest trail. Room opens to a balcony with stairs down to the patio. Ample free parking in open garage or on street. Looking for non smoker who is responsible, honest, a good communicator, is conscientious, who has openness and is compassionate. I’m committed to learning, growing and healing and would like someone who “gets” it or who could hold space for this. I’d like someone tidy, but not anal.

I’m 40 and get along with other ages. I’m a photographer, am active, and like to laugh. I’m clean. I have two loving cats- show them respect and a gentle presence, and they will love you back. No pets allowed as mine already live here. I own this property so I’d like to keep the peace here, and communicate if any issues arise.
