We have an available private room to share in our beautiful 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in Campbell Pruneyard area with myself and another roommate. We're both friendly, easy going and socialize together, although, respect one another's space... we have varying work schedules allowing easy access to sharing the bathroom. In addition, we have a very sweet dog that shares the house with us.

We are walking distance to Pruneyard, Ebay, WholeFoods, and much more. We have one room (100 sq ft, hardwood floors, large window w/blinds) available. Rent is $1,150/ plus utilities split 3 ways. You'll have full access to all common areas, i. e., the kitchen, living & dining room, garage for storage, in-house laundry and use of gym equipment, as well as the large backyard with patio/BBQ.

Available for move-in now or March 1st with a flexible lease term month to month, but we prefer someone who plans to stay a while. We will pro-rate the rent accordingly. The room is partially furnished with a double bed, although, can be removed, if necessary. Ideally, we're looking for a friendly, communicative roommate, basically, a good fit with our group... we would prefer a clean, considerate, responsible, dog-friendly person who respects common areas and is able to pay rent and utilities on-time.

We will not be responding to inquiries during the "early bird" period as we do not have a paid subscription... However,
