I am a professional female seeking a roommate. Ideally roommate would also be a professional.
The condo is 2 bedroom 2 bath. I currently occupy the master. The room for rent has the non-private bathroom though I do not have company very frequently. The condo also offers amenities such as fireplace (never use it), central air/central heat, washer/dryer in unit, garage with some room for storage. Complex has pool/hot tub as well.
I had two cats however I had to put both of them down during Covid so I am open to possibly consider pets as I love cats and dogs though there are breed restrictions.
I do currently smoke however outside.
Currently the room has a queen sized bed in it with a night stand and lamp. These can either be used or removed depending on the needs of the prospective tenant.
