I am looking to change up me life a bit, and to do so I am exploring me options.

Background:
Current roommate and I are at odds, they've become quite emotionally and financially abusive, living off me and me goodwill for years now. I cannot take anymore.

I am a peaceful, responsible and clean transwoman, currently in the beginning stages of transition. As in introvert I keep to meself, you won't even notice me! (unless you would appreciate more of a communicative friendly living situation)

+ Open Access to the kitchen (all I ask is that you would be respectful of the time you cook your meals, and to readily clean up after yourself.)

+ Convenient location near supermarkets, banks, fast food, and easy access to highways 85/17 -- Minutes from Los Gatos & Campbell, and a quick drive to everywhere else.
+ Internet, Water, Gas, Electric ALL included in rental price.

+ Laundry Room located in the back of the building (cost per load, with app functionality)

Extra Notes:

** The pictures added are not of me apartment, but of a similar apartment in the complex. The Manager sent the pics to help me. -- me place is furnished and me current roommate still occupies the space you will take over. Honestly, the pics are meh, but they are there just to give an idea.

**I am quite flexible and accommodating, I retain the the carport parking spot, but it is something I am willing to negotiate. I will also offer me services as a personal driver, if interested please inquire about me rates.
