Looking for roommate to share 2b/2b house

Looking for someone (female preferred) to take over my roommate’s spot in a quiet 2bed/2bath house in San Jose Rose Garden area, close to Santana Row. 7 mins to SAP center. Walking distance to Egyptian museum and Rose Garden.
You will have your own (unfurnished) room and bathroom, and will share a huge partially furnished living room and kitchen with me (female working professional) and a 2 year old cat. Hardwood floors throughout.
There is also a large shed/garage in the backyard which my roommate has been using as an office/workshop. You will have that to yourself as well.
Plenty of parking - driveway or street parking in front of house.
Rent: $1650, Month to month.
Utilities and AT&T fiber internet split 50-50.
Start date: Early - Mid April (flexible).
Professional cleaning done once a month.
Free avocados, oranges, and custard apple in the backyard + Occasional movie nights
