The house is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath contemporary home located in a private community that feels like a gated community with nicely landscaped yards and a nice community park.

I work for a local tech company, but my wife and I have another house out of the area where I often work remote. Occasionally I need to come to the office for a few days at a time. During those occasional trips to work my wife and I will be staying in the master suite.

We currently rent 2 bedrooms in this 4 bedroom house so it will be 2 other roommates and occasionally my wife and I staying at the house. We also have a small, quiet, and friendly dog that will be staying with us on those occasions, but we will keep her in our room with us.

Tenant must have verifiable income of $30,000/year ($2,500/month) and a credit score of 600 or higher.

Tenant must not have any past evictions or owe any money to prior landlords...

First months rent and Security Deposit due at time of lease signing.

No overnight guest or parties.

No pets or smoking.
