Modern and cheerful single-family home located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Stanford and 15 minutes from Meta. The room has a closet with shelved storage spaces, central heat, air conditioning, modern fixtures and amenities throughout. Longer tenancy preferred.

Room is currently unfurnished

You will have dedicated pantry area and storage space in the Kitchen for your own utensils and dining ware. There is also a small amount of additional storage area available in the near future for a few medium sized boxes or things you might not need to access often. Parking is always available on the street across from the home.

Bathroom is beautiful and shared with guests and one other housemate from time to time.

We are easy-going young professionals that enjoy the outdoors, reading, and going to concerts. The home is large enough for plenty of privacy. There are two common areas, far enough away from your room and kitchen to afford freedom and personal space.
