1-2 rooms in 2-3 bedroom 2 blocks from beach!

1-2 room for rent. Fully locking sealed off Converted living room plus another regular room for rent. There is a side kitchen door that can be used so Every room has its own entrance but kitchen and bathroom are shared w me. Both fully furnished but could be unfurnished if for a long term person. Both rooms w 3 people total in house is individually $1000/month. Ideally looking for someone that wants both so I would only sharing the bathroom with one person. Maybe someone that needs work from home space? Both rooms (i have zero access) are $1750 total(250 dicount)and have some utilities included. One room (but sharing use of 2nd room to avoid 3rd housemate)is $1650. You still have 90%sole use. I would just use it on the very rare occasion I had a friend in town to visit.

If you needed cheaper rent and to spread ot your expense we could split everything 50/50 but it would be more expensive. The rent then would be 1550 and utilties and household expenses are collected on the 15th. This 1550 is actually the cheaper option. Its easier for me because I have had these etchings autoship for years and have a toxin free home. So im picky about my detergent and cleaners for community items.
The house: Garden, outdoor yoga space, apple tree, hammock, fire pit, wind chimes, seashells, crystals, lights, grill, patio table, Garage, fenced in yard, plenty of parking. We even just added the following amenities:
-bidet, second hammock, smoker, 3rd Green house with space for you to use.
-new air purifiers and 3 months supply of filters
- water filtering showerhead, spicket filter and water filtering pitcher.
- rings cameras around he property
- the 1650 and 1750 price covers the cleaning products and most shared household items and some utilities, such as ring, Wifi, trash. Pge and water not included. But we are very green here and keep them low.
You: Looking for a clean, mindful, fun but mellow, that pays bills on time, a true animal lover as you will be living with a 17 year old dog, and a plant person cause I have a lot of plants... of which you can have some if you want them!
Shared kitchen and bathroom w no dishwasher so must be tidy, clean as you go, and contribute around the house w communal cleaning, yard, trash, etc. This isn’t a hotel. It’s not a lot if you do it as you go.
Requirements: Deposit, short application, proof of income, background check and references required. Flexible lease options. No credit check.
