About Me:

I’m a 50-year-old professional working in Biotech. I work remotely two days a week, but I’m usually out and about, enjoying time with friends and family, hiking, or traveling. I’m a quiet, respectful person who values a clean and organized living space and is committed to keeping shared areas tidy and clutter-free.

I’m looking for someone who appreciates dogs as much as I do and will treat my 13½-year-old fur baby with kindness and respect. He’s an 80-pound gentle giant, slowing down a bit with age but still playful and eager for fun.

Ideally, I hope to find a roommate who is reliable, friendly, tidy, and personable—someone who does not party, uses no drugs, and values a respectful living environment.

The Space:

The spacious backyard overlooks the Marina Lagoon and includes a private dock, herbs, flowers, tables, and chairs. Whether you’re into gardening or simply want a spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery, you’re welcome to make the space your own!

Shared areas include a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room in a large 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a large balcony.

The room is a bright 10x12 space with a west-facing window that offers beautiful sunset views. It measures approximately 180 square feet and includes:

Carpeted floors
A new queen-size bed
A dresser and nightstands
A large closet with built-in shelving
Shared bathroom

Amenities & Utilities:
The rental price includes all utilities, WiFi, Netflix, and Hulu. There is also a washer and dryer on-site for convenience.

Neighborhood:

This is a quiet area close to Hillsdale and Norfolk, with easy access to Highways 101 and 92. The nearby Bay Trail offers fantastic opportunities for hiking, running, biking, and nature watching. We love living here and hope to find someone who will enjoy this peaceful home as much as we do!
