Unfurnished bedroom has personal garden entry and additional window. Bonus room has a closet as well – well suited as an office, TV lounge or a place to heat up food and eat. Both are fully carpeted. Private full bath has full size shower. All rooms are freshly painted and in great condition.

No cooking inside due to ventilation limitations, but a propane grill and burner is just a few feet away outside. Prefer someone that doesn’t cook or bake.

Beautiful tree lined quiet neighborhood that is just minutes away from SFO and an easy commute to downtown SF or down Peninsula via 280 or 101. Plenty of street parking with no street cleaning tickets.

Rent is $1700 per month, which is all inclusive of utilities. $1700 refundable deposit (this is NOT last month’s rent). No cable or Directv, but streaming is easy with fast internet.
