Hey there Future Cool Roommate,

I am a recent Stanford with a PhD in computer science. I am taking a month break to travel the world and I am hoping to rent out my bedroom in our home of 4 bedrooms. I have 3 really cool roommates. Two of them are techies. The third works for a hospital as a doctor. We have a 4 bedroom house in Menlo Park. I hoping to rent out my bedroom to a roommate who is equally fun and in a similar place in life like us. The house is fully furnished, all 4 bedrooms have beds, side lamps, etc. ... Even the living room has all new furniture!

There is only 1 bathroom, but we have never had any issues with sharing a bathroom with others during the several years that we lived on campus in college. We are super chill, down-to-earth, act like a loving family, and hope that you'd be the same.

The kitchen is fully stocked. You are free to use the kitchen. We work 20 hours days, so mostly eat out.

The room is ideal for students or busy professionals!

2) Rent $1350 per month per room
3) Security deposit $1350 per room
4) Utilities shared equally (landlord has provided gardener, we are only responsible for Water, Electricity and Garbage).
5) Whole house is furnished, including your bedroom, but we have a huge backyard, so there is plenty of storage space. The garage also has a lot of storage space
