Great townhouse 2 pools 2 gyms laundry mat on site

I am a retired Marine living my best life as a new GiGi to 7 day old twins. My service dog Baby is my entire world, to live here you must absolutely love dogs she won’t be in your room but she is a roommate here and does get on furniture ect. I am a mature healed women who only wants peace in my life. My home is cozy and comfy and I like it clean I’m a bit ocd. I’d prefer someone who works a lot or has a life outside of the home, I’m in and out a lot myself and tend to retire to my room rather early. I am not a Christian but am definitely a follower of Jesus and would like a spiritual person who vibrates at a high level so the vibes flow naturally throughout my home. I have 3 adult children who visit only a couple times a year. The bedroom I’m offering is completely furnished with a brand new bed not even opened up yet. The amenities in the room are a smart tv with internet. Netflix’s/Hulu plus other channels, a playstation with games, an alexa, and a fridge. I’m a decorator and it is decorated but the stuff could be packed up and your own things can be displayed. I am a very very positive person and don’t like people quick to anger or who just have an overall bad attitude.. I’m. 7 years sober but you can put drink in your own fridge but no heavy daily drinkers please. I quit smoking after 42 years so no smokers.
