Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a bedroom in our 2BR1BA apartment in the lovely Noe Valley. It’s available Feb 2023 through August 2023, with potential to renew. $2400 / month

Unfurnished single bedroom with large closet and closet in the hallway for your use; 136 sq. ft with west facing window. Bathroom shared with roommate.

-The Unit-
1042 square feet, on the 2nd floor of a 3-unit building. Large living room/dining room, extra large kitchen with dishwasher/disposal, laundry/mud room with washer and dryer. Utilities are $60/month for internet, electric. Water and garbage included.

-The Neighborhood-
Noe Valley is a gem! Safe, quiet, with mostly young professionals and families - located 2 blocks way from 24th St. main street - with Whole Foods, Starbucks, USPS, Wells Fargo, Chase, Yoga Flow, Pure Barre, and lots of coffee shops, bakeries, salons/barber shops, fast casual food, restaurants and bars nearby. Very close stops for the 24, 48 bus lines and the J. “Slow Sanchez” is one block over - 10 blocks of Sanchez St. great for running / walking without cars.

-About Us-

Me (though I’m leaving) - Senior Strategist at large retail company; this is a new role and I’m heading back to NYC! Recent business school grad.

Your Roommate- 30 y/o female, recent business school graduate, previously worked in finance and operations; now CEO/founder of an awesome sustainable e-commerce startup! Loves the outdoors, hiking, dance, and cooking.

-Who we’re looking for-

We’d like a ~28-35 y/o professional female, ideally with full-time work, willing to split chores, comfortable with a roommate’s boyfriend’s adorable golden retriever being around sometimes 🙂 Also down to host people and hang out from time to time!
