3 Individual rooms for rent that is part of an ADU with separate entrance. There are a total of 4 bedrooms available, one bathroom, kitchen and backyard access.
Rooms range from $1,200 a month plus utilities for the bigger rooms, and $1000 a month plus utilities for the smallest room. Backyard has 4 fruit trees and a BBQ. Five minute walk to SF General Hospital, restaurants, coffee shops and a Safeway. 15 minute walk to Whole Foods and 20 minutes to 24th St BART.
