Private room, shared bath (Laurel Heights)

Hello! We're looking for a third female-identifying roommate for a $1550 private room, shared bath in Laurel Heights, available June 1st (potential flexibility to move in end of May). Water utilities are included in the monthly rent.

Location, location, location: This apartment is located in a very safe residential neighborhood, down the street from Laurel Village (Starbucks, Susie Cakes, Sephora), close to SF's esteemed Arsicault bakery (rated 2nd best croissants in the nation), and several blocks from Trader Joe's & Target. We are on a very wide residential street so parking is never an issue. Public transportation is also 10/10: We are a 1-minute walk to the California 1 bus line and a 5-minute walk to the Geary 38. Our apartment is situated between 2 of SF's largest parks: the Presidio and Golden Gate Park, so there is a nice balance of city amenities & gorgeous green space.

This corner unit is on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up (i. e., there is no foot traffic from upstair neighbors and more of SF's elusive sunshine). The bedroom is fully furnished and has a walk-in closet. The apartment has hardwood flooring, a split bathroom (separate shower/sink and toilet), and dishwasher. The building has 2 washers and 2 dryers, which are app (not coin) operated. Our landlord is also very responsive and kind.

Both of the current roommates are non-smoking, vaccinated professionals in their mid 20s, looking for a third person searching for the same. We love animals, but unfortunately no live-in pets are allowed, apart from the occasional furry guest.
