I have a decent sized (11x12) furnished bedroom available in a conveniently located 2 bedroom 1bath apartment. There is no designated parking spot but there is ample street parking on the side streets. Laundry machines in the building. Very safe, and quiet as the room is in the back of the building.

Furnishings include: Queen size bed, Desk, Flat Screen TV, Roku player, night stands.

The bathroom was updated 3 years ago. And I have newer cookware to use in the kitchen, blue diamond pots and pans.

The apartment is off Ocean ave and Jules. Muni K Line stop is right outside the apartment, bart is 1/2 mile 10 minute walk.
24hr fitness just steps away and you can use my buddy pass, save money. Within walking distance is CCSF, whole foods, hardware store, small grocery store, bart, muni, trader Joe's, Stonestown mall, SF State, coffee shop, food, walgreens. 280 less then a mile away. Drive to downtown SF 13 minutes no traffic.

About me: I'm an easy going quiet guy that likes to travel. I work in finance. I work at the apartment 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week.
