We are looking for a roommate to move into our lovely home in the Castro neighborhood (intersection at 19th st / Collingwood).

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom

Room can come furnished with bed and chair.

Virtual or in person tours available:
- Move in date February 20th
- Bedroom Rent is $1,800 + utilities (PG&E, wifi)
- Biweekly house cleaning ($28 / person)
- Hot tub!
- Outdoor space: back patio and rooftop overlooking SF skyline

- Victorian details, including fireplaces, crown moldings, high ceilings, the house was built in 1903
The apartment is situated on a quite block within walking distance of Castro shops, restaurants and the historic Castro Theater. We are also a short walk from the Castro MUNI station, Dolores Park and Corona Heights.

Emily (32 - she/her)
Originally from Westport, CT, studied at Cornell University. Moved from NYC 6.5 years ago. I work in product management for the Education Experience team at Autodesk. During the week, I usually work out and then do some netflix and knitting. On the weekend, I like to meet up with friends, cook, bike, hike, swim, play tennis, or visit my Dad in Tahoe. I have a 1.5 year old mini golden doodle named Cashew.

Morgan (29 - she/her)
California born & raised. Moved to SF & specifically the Castro to find more of a community with queer individuals. 🏳️‍🌈 I am a figure skating coach who tends to work early mornings, so I fall asleep relatively early. During my time off I like to explore the city with all the things it has to offer, but I also enjoy staying in PJ's all day & binging TV. I also have a Frenchie named Bijou (aka Chicken) & she is my whole world. She can be a little much, but she has a good heart & wants to share her love & enthusiasm with everyone she meets.
