The room has a fridge and access to the shared laundry area, a kitchenette, and a small patio. This setup is deal for those who prefer more privacy & autonomy over a roommate situation and have minimal cooking needs. This room comes with a complimentary outdoor storage shed.

The rent is $1,150/month (or $1,000 if paid in cash), plus approximately $50 for room electricity that includes water, gas, sewer/garbage fees, and high-speed Wi-Fi or in-wall internet access. There's a $500 security deposit and $40 credit check.

The house is located in nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking, close to, shopping, schools (UCSD, SDSU, Mesa College), gyms, restaurants, banks, post office, and freeways.
