We’re looking for a roommate to share our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Mission Valley, San Diego, starting mid-March (flexible for the right fit).

The space:
    •    Private bedroom (good size — floor plan attached)
    •    Private bathroom
    •    Shared living space is mostly furnished. You’ll just need your bedroom furniture
    •    In-unit washer & dryer

Cost:
    •    $1,500/month
    •    Utilities are split 3 ways (WST, gas, electric, internet) and average about $150/month per person
    •    $250 deposit (OAC)
    •    Optional garage parking: $50/month (street parking is also easy)

About us:
We’re an LGBTQ+ couple, both working professionals who run our own businesses. We’re home most days, respectful of shared space, and value a calm, comfortable living environment. We’re friendly and open, but also totally fine with a quieter, independent roommate relationship.

We have two friendly, quiet, well-trained dogs. No additional pets allowed.

Lifestyle notes:
    •    Quiet hours typically 10pm–6am
    •    We have friends over occasionally but are mindful of shared spaces and a roommate’s comfort
    •    Looking for someone clean, considerate, and easy to live with

The building:
Metro Mission Valley is a luxury apartment community with a resort-style pool & spa, lounge, large business center, 2-story gym, several indoor/outdoor community spaces, and secured access. It’s super convenient to the 8, plus lots of nearby dining and shopping.
