FAQ: Please read below to save both of us time. If I get the same question I will type FAQ.

Q1: Who is currently living there, descriptions and can I meet them etc?
A1: The house is coed (m/f), usually consisting of working professionals and students. As for meeting the current tenants, if you run into them great, beside that no. I have to respect the roommates personal lives and schedules.

Q2: Can I share a standard room?
A2: Unfortunately, I can not allow sharing for the standard room due to the fact you will be sharing a bathroom with another tenant. That additional person who would have shared the room with you would take up time in the bathroom. As a result, that would not be fair for the other people living in the house.

Q3: Can I share a room in the X-Big Room?
A3: Yes, this room is twice the size of a standard room and comes with a private bathroom, double sink and two closets. If you want to share but do not have a person in mind just let me know.

Q4: Are utilities included?
A4: Yes, utilities (water, gas, electric etc) are included, but please do not abuse it.

Q5: Do you allow short term rental?
A5: Yes, the place is a month by month. That means you can stay for a month or a few years. If you need something less than a month, I can always work with you.

Q6: Do you allow pets and are there fees?
A6: Pets are on a case by case basis and fees might apply. If the pet is quiet and clean it should not be an issue.

Q7: Is the rooms furnished or unfurnished?
A7: Some rooms are furnished; however, if you do not want it furnished we can discuss that.

Q8: Are there any curfews entering or leaving the house?
A8: No feel free to leave and enter whenever but please; however, remember to be courtesy to others living in the house.

Q9: I have bad credit, no credit or rental history will that be an issue?
A9: Not necessarily, as I will be looking at the whole picture.

Q10: Is there parking?
A10: Yes, parking is always available on the street and it is never an issue.

Q11: Do you allow overnight guest?
A11: Yes, overnight guests are occasionally allowed to sleep over. You are responsible for all your guest so please do not abuse.

Q12: Is a security deposit required?
Q12: Yes a security deposit is required; however, if you need a payment plan I can work with you.

Q13: How is the house environment?
A13: The house is pretty quiet and the neighborhood is too. This is not a party house and will expect the next tenant to respect that.

Q14: Are there any rules in the house?
A14: There are no crazy rules beside having common courtesy.

Q15: Can I stay in one room and transfer over to another room when available?
A15: Yes, if you want to upgrade or downgrade that is always an option.

Q16: When are you available for a showing?
A16: My schedule usually varies and never consistent; however, I am usually available in the evenings or early morning. In the event our schedules do not align I can do virtual tours and/or self guided tours.

*I will try my best to keep the posting as accurate as possible. However, rooms might vary slightly due to different rooms and properties being constantly available.
