Hello guys, my name is Luci 🙋‍♀️ and you will be sharing the home with me, a full-time professional 👩‍💼 and UCSD alumna 👩‍🎓 . I am happy to share the kitchen, living room, and common spaces. You will have a small fridge for your groceries as well.

I have one furnished private room with a closet and private bathroom (includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet) is available for rent ASAP for $1,800/month, plus a $1,000 deposit. I am willing to negotiate the monthly rent, just send me a message to discuss 😊. Utilities (electricity, water, and WiFi) are not included and will be split based on usage. If you want to share the room with a friend and have roommates (max 2 people), full-time students, and/or professionals, you guys are welcome to come and check it out for a tour!
