Beautiful furnish room in a quiet house and neighb

I have one furnished rooms (table, single bed) available for rent in south ridge Fontana border to Ontario and Jurupa valley. It is a single home with yard in the quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is located so closed to freeway 60. it’s about 10 mins to Victoria Garden, 10 mins to Costco and 99 ranch market in Eastvale. There are many groceries shopping nearby. Inside the house, the AC and heat is central. You can adjust it accordingly through the season. Utilities are included. Anything above that will be split between me and the tenants The lease is month to month. I work 8-5 and mostly spend my time at the office. If I’m home, I will mostly stay in the room or spend time at the backyard. You can have full access to kitchen and backyard. There is common living room area that you can also use for relaxing. What I need from you is clean after yourself. If you have a guest coming over, please inform me in advance. No party is allowed. I have laundry on site both washer and dryer. Please kindly try to limit the usage maybe once a week for energy saving. I personally do not have many rules in the house. I just want tenants to feel at ease and feel comfortable with where they live. I just need tenants to be considerate in making the house clean quiet and safe for everyone.
