Hello, my husband and I are looking to rent out a room in the first floor of our home. The room is a bit small, but is perfect for one person. It does have a very high ceiling and it never gets too hot. With this room, you would also have access to your own private shower, kitchen, washer & dryer, as well as the common living room area. We are looking for someone that is definitely ok with cats in the house, and is preferably between 26 to 40 years of age. Currently, there are two other tenants living in the house with us and we are all working professionals in our 30s. Also, it is a gated community, and you will have access to the community pool and hot tub as well. So, just in time to cool off on a hot summer’s day!
