Hi all! My brother and I are looking for roommates (male or female) to reside with us in our spacious HOA Redlands home. We have 2 single-occupancy rooms available starting June 1. The rooms may be leased from 6 months to 1 year.

About:
Our 4 bed, 3 bath residence is located within a HOA community. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood which is perfect for students! You would room with a night-shift LLUH RN and upcoming MS1 at LLUMC. Utilities (electricity, gas, internet) and common shared supplies (soap, paper towels, etc) are split amongst all roommates. Landlord covers sewage, trash, water, gardening and HOA expenses.

Rent/Rooms:
Both rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, mattress with cover, desk and chair with built-in closets. Bathroom is shared.

♡ $1075/month: garage parking + furnished room

Downstairs bathroom is open for community toilet use so there is ideally always a bathroom available for use!
