This room has a full bed that occupies 1 tenant. I’m a middle aged father of a teenage daughter and a 6 yrs old boy. Working, retired, self-employed or students welcome. Walking distance to Ranch Market, Walgreens, Community Parks, Clement Middle School, Shopping complexes, Gas station, etc. Close to Mountain Grove, Harkins cinema, University of Redlands, I10, I215 freeways. Safe and quiet community with ample street and free driveway parking. Utilities including WiFi, gas, electricity, water, trash, washer, dryer, central A/C, central heating, etc. are an extra $100 per month provided tenants are mindful of the bills. We have a treadmill and weights facilities that is counted as a mini gym. Free to use the living room and huge backyard. Limited kitchen use. Access to coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, grill, dishwasher, etc. Seeking an organized, neat, clean and quiet tenant.
