We are looking for a roommate! Female only! No overnight guests. Our place is a brand new condo. There’s a room at the first floor. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom. The community has a gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi. It only takes 5 min to get 10, 15 and 210 freeway. 3.5 mi to Ontario Airport, 2 to 4 mi to Costco and 2 major malls. Walk to Target.
I don’t offer kitchen, laundry. But I provide brand new fridge, microwave and small oven. There’s also a small table that you can have meals in the garage. And there’s many coins laundry nearby. You have to rent at least 3 months. The price is $1,250 per month. If you would like to sign in the leasing contract for more than 6 months, the price will be $1,200 per month. Btw, the HOA is kinda strict. You cannot park in the community overnight. You have to park on the street and walk for few minutes.
